SHIPPING POLICY

At CORRIGO HOMOEOPATHY, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible across most parts of India. Please note, however, that certain remote or unserviceable locations may be excluded based on our courier partners’ reach.

Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing immediately. Estimated delivery usually takes 3 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and product availability. While we strive to meet the expected timelines, these are approximate and may vary due to logistical challenges or local factors. Any such delay does not entitle a legal claim or liability.

Should there be an unexpected delay, our customer support team will get in touch with you directly for updates or alternatives.

Shipping and Packaging Standards

We ensure secure packaging by using durable corrugated boxes and tamper-proof courier bags to minimize risks of damage or tampering during transit. Real-time tracking of failed deliveries is enabled, and a reattempt is generally scheduled for the next working day.

Domestic Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight/volume of the ordered items. Despite our efforts to ensure timely dispatch, deliveries may get delayed due to the following factors:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Inaccurate PIN code

  • Recipient not available at the time of delivery

  • Severe weather conditions or natural calamities

  • Force majeure events

  • Unavoidable delays from courier partners

Delivery & Acknowledgment

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS, followed by a delivery notification. The product will be handed over at the shipping address provided by you, upon confirmation.

To ensure secure handover, the recipient may be required to provide a valid ID proof and sign an acknowledgment with contact details.

  • Aadhar Card

  • PAN Card

  • Passport

  • Driving License

  • Voter ID Card

In the absence of valid identification, the product may not be delivered and could be returned or re-attempted later.
