At CORRIGO HOMOEOPATHY, our Shipping Policy ensures fast and safe delivery of your order across most parts of India. However, certain remote or unserviceable areas may be excluded based on courier partner coverage.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing immediately. Delivery usually takes 3 to 15 business days, depending on your location and product availability. These timelines are approximate and may vary due to local disruptions or logistical issues.

Delays do not constitute a basis for legal claims or compensation. However, if a delay occurs, our customer support team will proactively update you and offer alternatives if needed.

Secure Shipping & Packaging Standards

We use durable corrugated boxes and tamper-proof courier bags to ensure your items arrive safely. All failed delivery attempts are tracked in real-time, and a reattempt is usually made on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping Charges

Shipping fees depend on the delivery address and the weight/volume of your order. Despite our commitment to fast dispatch, delivery may be delayed by:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Wrong or invalid PIN code

  • Recipient not available at delivery time

  • Weather disruptions or natural calamities

  • Force majeure events

  • Courier delays outside our control

Delivery Confirmation & Acknowledgment

Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation via SMS and/or email, followed by a delivery notification. The product will be delivered to the shipping address you provided.

To complete the handover, the delivery agent may ask for a valid ID proof and signature. This ensures security and prevents unauthorized delivery.

  • Aadhar Card

  • PAN Card

  • Passport

  • Driving License

  • Voter ID Card

In case no valid ID is available at delivery, the item may be returned or re-attempted later.
